What to expect
The programme is a multi-element, live online, highly engaging discussion-based experience that is led by experienced, top-rated coach-facilitators.
- Three half-day online workshops held every two weeks
- Learn from the best – contemporary thought-leaders share their thoughts
- Modules include readings, reflection work and independent learning components
- Learning support during and after the programme to support you to lead your people
- Your manager will be invited to support you and will receive their own instruction materials and coaching.
