Get ready for a highly engaging experience with plenty of discussion led by our expert coach-facilitators.
The programme runs over 6-8 weeks and wraps up with a learning application and refresh session to review and reflect on your progress. You can choose between in-person or live online workshops held every two weeks. Here’s what’s included:

Who is this programme really for?
This programme is for the vaste cohort of people who have responsibility or an appetite to impart their skills and knowledge to their colleagues. This process is a critical feature of workforce development but so often the people it relies on get no training in it.
