Updraft LTD Terms and Conditions

Enrolment, Registration and Payment

All registrations are confirmed in writing before the programme commences.

Programme fees are payable in full prior to programme commencement or within 7 working days of the date of invoice whichever is sooner.

Cancellation, by Programme Participants

All participant cancellations, must be received by UPDRAFT LTD in writing and approved by UPDRAFT LTD before the programme starts.

Transfers to another Programme date

Should a need arise for you to transfer to a different training date for one or all sessions in a training programme please advise us in writing a and we will seek to accommodate you.


Substitution of participants from the same company is permitted at any stage and will not incur a fee.


If you fail to attend the programme on which you are booked without giving prior notice to UPDRAFT LTD, we will be unable to refund the programme fees or offer a transfer.

Cancellation or deferring training Programmes by UPDRAFT LTD

UPDRAFT LTD reserves the right to cancel, defer or postpone any training services at any time at its’ sole discretion.

Should a programme be deferred, UPDRAFT LTD will make every effort to inform Participants of these changes prior to the programme commencement.

Notification of a cancellation will be made at least 5 working days prior to programme commencement.

Where a programme is cancelled by UPDRAFT LTD, Participants will be entitled to a refund of 100% of the cost of the programme.

Programme timings

All UPDRAFT LTD morning programmes start at 9:00am and finish at approximately 12:30pm

All UPDRAFT LTD afternoon programmes start at 1.00pm and finish at approximately 4:30pm

All reasonable efforts will be made to notify participants should these timings change.

Programme material

Resource hub logins will be provided to all participants to provide access independent learning components, workbooks, slides and agenda.

All attendees to our programme will receive a Certificate of Achievement upon completion of the programme.

All participants will be notified prior to programme commencement if they are required to bring any extra material or resources to the programme.


UPDRAFT LTD does not accept responsibility for anyone acting as a result of information or views expressed on its training Programmes including in the programme material. Opinions expressed in the material and at the programme are those of individual trainers and not necessarily those of the UPDRAFT LTD. Participants should take professional advice when dealing with specific situations.


By signing up to a programme or event with UPDRAFT LTD you are agreeing to us capturing your information and receiving marketing information from us.


By signing up to a programme, programme or event with UPDRAFT LTD you enter an area where photography, audio and video recording may occur. However, we will not record or film you without your permission. If you do give consent to being filmed or photographed, you waive all rights you may have to any claims for payment or royalties in connection with any use of these materials.


The information provided in the UPDRAFT LTD training materials is provided for informational purposes only. The materials are general in nature; they are not offered as advice on a particular matter and should not be relied on as such.

Although every reasonable effort is made to present current and accurate information, UPDRAFT LTD makes no guarantees of any kind. UPDRAFT LTD reserves the right to change the content of any training materials at any time without prior notice.


All advertised discounts are offered on the basis that only one discount may be applied to any purchase.

“Early Bird” Terms and Conditions

Booking and payment must be completed at least 8 weeks prior to programme commencement. Cannot be used in combination with any other discount or offer. Bookings are non-refundable and non-transferrable. Attendee substitutions (from the same company) can be made at any time.

Privacy Statement

We collect personal information from you, including information about your:

  • Name
  • Organisation, role, experience and reasons for doing our programme
  • Views on our program and other information that help us to understand our client community’s views
  • Contact information
  • Billing or purchase information

We store this information in our secure system and use it only for the purpose it is provided. Any feedback that you provide to us will be quoted anonymously only, unless you have given permission for us to provide further details.
