We’re here to provide you with the coaching or mentoring you need to enhance your leadership and professional development.

Our coaches are leadership specialists and have tons of experience helping people across a wide range of organisations, roles, and levels.

Our coaches will guide you through informal conversations and targeted questioning to help you reflect on and work through the challenges you’re facing and achieve your goals. Depending on your needs, we can also assist you in developing specific skills like executive presence or influencing abilities.

Our coaching approach

To start off, we offer an initial meeting with no obligation or fees attached. We suggest meeting with at least two coaches before choosing who to work with.

During the initial meeting, our goal is to understand your situation, what you’d like to achieve and discuss our coaching approach. It’s also a chance to explore how your manager can contribute to your professional development coaching.

Once you’ve chosen a leadership coach to collaborate with, you’ll define your coaching objectives. We’ll then send you a coaching agreement that outlines our roles, your commitment, and the objectives we’re going to be working towards.

Practical stuff

Coaching sessions are an hour-long either in person or online (MS Teams). They are booked flexibly every two to four weeks depending on what’s being worked on. After each session, we’ll ask for your insights, planned actions, and feedback to gauge progress and session effectiveness.

We may also recommend readings, videos, and tools to support your executive or leadership coaching journey. Additionally, we can provide workstyle and communication preference profile tools to aid your development.
