This workshop will help you get your team member back on track when they are not meeting your expectations. You will develop the mindset, skill and confidence to have an effective coaching style conversation early, that is more likely to have a successful outcome while preserving your relationship.
Our four-step ‘EASE’ conversational approach can be used for both performance and behavioural-related conversations.
This programme also comes with an online learning module which will help you prepare and hold similar conversations in the future. One-on-one coaching is also offered as an option.
